Like Sukhumvit 22

It's a family-owned hotel with staff being polite, at service, but not too jumpy and hands-on - jusz peefect. The owner, who's also a filmmaker, is friendly and genuinely curious about their guests' experience. It's comfortable and immersed in a neighborhood mixing Bangkok's paradoxical experience of pure luxury and poverty. You won't lack good transportation connection or even great stuff just around the corner - brilliant street food, pubs, massage parlors, shopping spots. Very safe neighborhood.

Reception staff and cleaners were all very nice; location is good as it’s just 8 minutes walk from the MRT.. beds are comfy..

First of all i reallyI like the staff they are so approachable, thwy also allow you to have a late check out and the room was so comfortable you can really assure that you meet your expectation. For me it's a good value for money.
